Should I activate my .net domain again so Slurp! indexes it?

the .com has been penalized (because the .net was active I think)

Just today I had a few dozen "FAST-WebCrawler/3.8 (crawler at trd dot overture dot com" requests for files from the .net domain. Now it's 301 redirecting but they stop at robots.txt on the .com. What would you do? Would you point the .net to your .com?

There's nothing wrong with my site (normal SEO but NOT spam or overly done,) and here's my chance to get indexed and get a few hundred clicks a day for free. It wouldn't rank as high as .com (backlinks) but that .com is penalized for some reason. I suspect it was because at one point .net was pointing to the .com. Tim has said that they're working on a process but that's at least a month or two away (guessing). It's very frustrating because we're talking real money after the switch, and right now nothing can be done.

what would you do, and is it ethical?

Why don't you email Yahoo and ask them to reconisder you or tell you what the problems is, but make sure to remove anything that could be considered spam first. Also, you might want to do the new Site Match, since it is manual review you might get a chance to communicate with them.

tried e-mailing about a week or so ago. No answer yet. I don't think I have spam. I mean, I have keywords but everything makes gramatical sense. Not to mention that I've seen sites with tons and tons of spam indexed.

Also, I don't think spam was involved with the banning but who knows.
On the site match: I can't afford that. I don't make 30 cents for visitor. That's without the initial fee too.
