This is stupid and shouldnīt get posted here,
donīt now where to, though my problems right know are with yahoo.........
but I am so afraid of bannings, that donīt dare to do anything.........

one site to whom whe exchange links,
my site is about widgets in spain, his sites is about learning widgets, just give me 6 interactive courses to put on my web for people to use and try for free, and of liking to by (chart from their website) and really for me itīs not a money thing though in last 6 monts earned 1 dollar from the link to them, but think my visitor would just love it.......... courses in spanish without leaving my site.

Can this do me any harm? Though these courses from their website would be duplicate content?

It's always good to list related sites and to add content and tools to your site.

The only issue here is dupe content. You might want to add some kind of insert so that the content is not exactly the same.

Why not just use a robots.txt to stop the pages being indexed- then no problem

Just checked that there are severals html files as about guarantee that I would have to have on my server, and donīt like that.

But as you said, using robots.txt would avoid problems, thank didnīt thought about that.
