How many outbound links do I have? is there a software that detect number of outbound or outgoing links from my website?

You can use the spider simulator on search engine world. This will give you a very basic example of what a spider sees when they go to each of your pages.

I'm not sure if I understand your question, or how it applies to the Yahoo forum.

In terms of knowing how many outbound links are in your site, I think Xenu is a nice tool that does this.
