I finished the web site & Launshed it 30 days ago .
I'm Now listed in all search engines but My Index page is the only page that is listed & I find that Search Engines can direct you Directly to the Desired page on my website without going on my index page.
But this is happening in my case why?
if I have a page called "HotelX" & someone wrote on the Search Engine(SE) "HotelX" , How can I Garntee that the (SE) will display my page
please Help!

You might want to edit your post to remove the URL of your site... it's not allowed to post them.
Having your index.htm in all the SE's within 30 days is not bad, so be thankful for that. To get the rest in, it is probably mostly a question of time.
You can help the SE bots by making sure that they can find the rest of the pages easily, by using a site map, for instance.
Make sure also that you don't have a meta tag that will stop them on the index, such as content="nofollow".
You might just have to be patient and wait for the rest of your pages to get crawled. You can spend this time improving the site, adding pages and content etc.
