Yahoo seemingly slow to re-index 301 redirects

In December 2003, we transitioned our site to an entirely new folder and naming structure. With the help of WebmasterWorld, we created a htaccess file that successfully created 301 redirection from old to new pages. Google picked up the change almost immediately.

With Yahoo (and the recent changes), If I search on 'mydomain.com' and then click "More pages from this site" I noticed that Yahoo still has many (hundreds) of our old URL addresses. Its been over 2 months and Yahoo hasn't picked up the new pages. Should it take this long to cycle through the 301 redirection?

Just an observation I thought I'd share.
