With CSS and other advanced design techniques and functionality becoming more widely used, (the CSS thread here usually flies right over my head :)) I wonder if you were finding that Yahoo's Business Express submission policy has lept into the 21st Century yet?
Are you finding they still reject any site which dares to go beyond the confines and constraints of Netscape 4.7?
Would be interested to hear of any recent experiences...
