This certainly is not my first experience with companies changing their TOS "...in the middle of the game." so-to-speak.
Even so, I can't fault Yahoo!, or any other merchant (whose free service I use), for trying to squeeze more money out of that service.
There! All changed to "No!" in the time it took to write this post. Dontcha just love multitasking, Mohamed_E? ;)

I agree that it was crummy of them to force everyone to opt out, but this is just a "last chance" heads up as far as I can tell.
by the by, it took a tad longer to type the above than it did to complete the opt out process. As I said, no-biggie, no-brainer and a non-starter of an issue forme.
