Adding to Yahoo.co.uk?

Hi,

If I wanted to add my site to the Yahoo, would it be better (and cheaper) to submit it to Yahoo.co.uk, rather than Yahoo.com?

If you're a UK site then submit to Yahoo.co.uk, otherwise for US sites I would submit to Yahoo.com.

With regard to using Yahoo.co.uk as a cheaper method to get into Yahoo.com I'm not sure, and would also like to know if this can be done.
