Yahoo Singapore - Paid Inclusion

I'm wanting to submit a url to the Yahoo Singapore directory. Can I do this even though the url is already listed in Yahoo.com?

I'm not sure the answer to that, did you try emailing their customer support? I would guess that you would be able to.
