I am setting up a Yahoo Store for a client and was ready to open it when all of the sudden the home page started showing icons with a link to each of the sub-sections and removed the "message".

Nothing seems to work. Anyone know how to fix this, or have a technical support number for them, can't find that anywhere :-(

TIA

Did you "publish" the site? This has to be done to see your changes on the live pages.

I have not used it in a couple of years so I can't really be any good help.

Links to the sub-sections on the home page is normal, though I don't know why other fields are not displaying. I seem to remember you can choose which fields are displayed, look for that.

try this # 408-616-3801 (old posted #)

Got my answer on the Y Store forum, pretty cool place too. Had to change the template 'home.' to 'page.'

Also found out this info: Yahoo Support phone: 408-616-3787 email: store-support@yahoo-inc.com

Still pretty wierd, sure never changed it intentionally - not sure how it changed. But it is fixed :-)

Thanks for trying to help netcommr.

I'll look for you over at y store forums. It's a decent bunch of users and it really has helped me and my business. (our e-commerce section is built on Yahoo platform)
I've found tons of gems of advice there and some really smart developers and designers. It is the place to go for Yahoo store owners.
Glad to see you found it.
