Ok, so I go to the directory and find a listing I paid good money for that was accepted has disappeared from the directory! With no reason.

Who do I contact without having to wait forever, I mean this is just not right. Why would they remove my listing without notice?

I listed one of my sites (my site + my design, used for a clients business - as per my seo / internet marketing contract)

site was accepted and receiving great traffic within 3-4 days of submission

after 8 months the listing changed from my site url to the clients url

Then the client terminated the contract.

Must be some small print in the terms and conditions for yahoo to be able to do this?

well, this was my site and my own listing. They should say why it was removed, I mean I'd like to know, the same way they tell you if it was accepted or rejected. If it was a mistake, I want to be reimbursed for the time it was offline.

the site i submitted was my site / my url, paid for with my money

yahoo then just "gave" this entry to another business (who at the time was my client)

this client had tried uk national newspaper advertising - sunday paper cost £10,000 received 4 telephone calls....

my service provided 20,000 sales enquiries for their £5,000 product

they increased staffing levels by 50% from 60 staff to 90 staff in the 6 months I promoted them....

then they just cut me off....

Have you tried contacting Yahoo?

[help.yahoo.com...]
might be a good place to start looking.

Occupational hazard. Once they're got the traffic it's all over but the shouting.

How much of their traffic was due to the Yahoo listing?
