I typed a search in Yahoo Search and because there were no results for that word, Yahoo automatically forwarded me to a similar query (the query split into 2 words).

I like this feature, and it's one of the few that Yahoo is using different from Google.

I'm liking Yahoo more and more. If they keep going the way they are, they may actually start improving their search ratings.

I just spotted this a couple of days ago. I like it too.

Even after they switch to Inktomi SERP's?

BTW, Google does something the same thing. Your search is redirected only if the incorrect spelling returns zero results.

Hey msr986,

Even when they add ink :)

Google usually asks if you want to go to the other search, and it makes you click on the link. I've never had Google redirect me automatically.

I know Google used to automatically redirect if no search results were found and it knew the correct spelling.
