How to block an invalid address

Hi,
Recently I am getting a lot of messages where "From" e-mail address is blank. So I can not use "This is spam" option.
I can not add filter as well. In the "Sender" column, it says "INVALID_ADDRESS@ .SYNTAX-ERROR."
Please let me know how to stop this annoyance.

I'm not sure how to do this. This forum is for issues regarding internet marketing through Yahoo, so we're not so uptodate on issues such as this one.
