on Mar/08 my client's site annual listing was about to expire and I thought Yahoo would charge my CC to renew the listing for another year ... anyway they didn't charge it and the listing is still active ... anyone has similar experience and know what to do?

Either tell Yahoo customer servies and pay the bill.
Or don't and hope they never notice! :)

Consider yourself lucky. I cancelled my listing and they still charged my card - AGAIN!
