Good article, where Yahoo's Tim Cadogan mentions that there is a trend towards people searching more specifically. Interesting read.
interesting article, wasn't there another engine that was going to implement synonyms, i seem to remember talk about it (probably here) a while back (months), but giving the user options instead of just guessing which they were searching for.
Wisenut *seems* to provide synonyms on some searches but it doesn't seem all that accurate.
It is also about time that surfers got their searches more specific, this will help us all i would think.
