Hey all,

Got a small problem. The recent go around with the Yahoo bots got my primary domain name banned. I'm not sure why... Some pages show up and others are completely gone, been removed! Anyone have information as to what Yahoo is doing in regards to banning sites? Secondly, is there any chance my domain name will ever get back into the the directory... or will I have to pony up and pay the listing fees.

I don't intentionally spam and have been working to update my site to be compliant. However, I'm perlexed why the .com is banned and my .biz is kicking some serious ass on the terms "Ohio web site designers".

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Frank Beier

Thanks and welcome to the forums Frank. We try to stay away from mentioning our own sites here as we can't tell what is spam and what isn't spam.

I suspect you mean Google bots? Yahoo search results (outside of the directory - which is really confusing) are served by Google.

That's what I'm confused about. Yahoo dropped my .com site and instead is indexing my .biz site. The .com shows up in google without any problems. Most of the pages in Yahoo have been dropped.

Any thoughts.
