number of sites, category strategy

I can place my site in one of two categories, both with the same pagerank. One has 106 sits in it, the other 15. Should you choose the one with less sites?

The way I see it, it is so much easier to browse the list of 15 and it is ultra-targeted, than a large list where your listing is lost...what do you guys think?

As long as the category is a good match, I always go for the one with the fewest links on the page.

Another thing to check is whether the keyword is listed as the category name. If it is, go for that one.
