Hello, im rather new to the whole advertising scene but I was wondering if Overture was open for signups? I cant seem to find the signup page. I live in Canada if that makes any diffrence. Thanks for your time :)

Overture is now called Yahoo Search Marketing, and YPN, is Yahoo Publishing Network, which is Yahoos answer to AdSense.
