Will YPN be offered to yahoo web hosting customers first

I have an account at Yahoo webhosting, I think it will be nice for them to offer YPN to people using their webhosting or other services. I applied for my travel related site, but so far no news from them.

did already, my website is very clean, lots of content on a great travel destination in the Caribbean. Of course we are authority for this destination, still no news from them :0(
