Hi I've observed a typial category is displayng UK ads and even 4 of 5 ads in one ad unit are showing UK ads. I dont understand when it's in Beta why Yahoo is allowing UK Advertisers to show their ads for US Visitors while on the other hand Publsihers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED not to get Non US traffic.

To me this whole area seems to be a bit of a shambles. My brother in law's site is totally focused upon the US, but because he lives here in the UK, he can't join.
There are all sorts of examples of this sort of thing. I suppose it's the inevitable result of trying to territorialize the WORLD WIDE web.
