$25 Yahoo /Overture/ free credit

Does Yahoo offer such free credit?

I see many webhosts offer free credit for Yahoo - usually $25 or $50 to their clients. I want to offer the same to my clients/visitors, but I could not figure out how to do that.

Is it that Yahoo gives credit to each new account (say fasttrack accounts), or is there a special referral/affiliate Yahoo program that I am missing? Or, is it that these webhosts have some special arrangement with Overture?

Does anyone know anything on that topic?

I don't know for sure, but I'd guess that they have a special arrangement with Yahoo.
