Might New Yorkers and San Franciscans see different ads?

Are YPN ads geo-targeted? Yes, yes, I know that the program is now U.S. only. I mean to say, within the U.S., might for example a New Yorker see ads different from what a San Franciscan would see? (Depending on the page and niche, of course.)

Not from my experience. Easiest way to see this is to play with a proxy IP.
