No ads and off the wall ads this morning

I had to turn off advertising to my site this morning because revenues were 30% of the recent bad earnings this morning.

Looking over the ads I see many pages with no ads and some pages with totally off the wall ads and just a small percentage with accurate ads.

Anybody else seeing this change for the worse?

I noticed this yesterday as well and wrote YPN support. They responded that they are looking into the situation and to forward any URL's that are affected.

However, shortly after their e-mail the ads started appearing again.

We have had the same ads - no real changes, so from here anyway, it appears to have been a temporary thing.

I don't follow you when you state that your ads were off 30% of the recent bad earnings this morning. Guess you're trying to say - looking at yesterday's data - your earnings are off 30% from your worst day?

We were off by $164, but that's normal fluctuation, I think. We made some changes that could have accounted for this. Unless it gets into that 25% range, it doesn't warrant turning off anything.

I was referring to a revenue decrease that started around the 2nd week of Jan. Today revenue is less than 1/2 of what it has been for the prior two weeks. Oddly Google revenue isn't much better. Visitors are down maybe 20%. Perhaps something weird is going on from that virus outbreak.

Maybe a lot of advertisers turned off ads for the superbowl weekend?
