how to get a YPN account?

I am a newbie to PPC and would like to give YPN a try. Can someone tell me how to get a YPN account? I have looked at publisher.yahoo.com, but find nothing.

Register in the following page and wait for an invitation. It may take time. [publisher.yahoo.com...] choose there on the right: "be part of the beta"
