Any advantage in two accounts?

I have already have a YPN acc't and have been experimenting with switching some of my pages from Adsense to YPN. Some work well, others don't so I switch back--I'm sure that over time they will work out the targeting issues and increase ad invertory.

I received an email inviting me to join (subjectline says it is a second time they'd invited me). Don't remember first by email, as I think I just went to the sign up page on my own to join.

Anyway--is there any advantage in my establishing a second account under a variation of my name? Is it against the TOS or anything?

I have had to such emails since joining the program. I just ignore them now :)
