Targeting disabled

Anyone else get this? We activated this feature and never used it. So this doesn't make sense. Makes me wonder what's next.

"Due to the quality of the leads generated from your sites, we have disabled the use of Ad Targeting for your account. You may continue to display contextually-matched ads that Yahoo! serves, however, the matching suggestions provided by the use of Ad Targeting will not be utilized. "

We got the same message in May and had never used the ad targeting feature. Nothing much changed for us after the message; I don't know why they disabled the targeting, but it really was no big deal.

This "tool" was broken anyway.
