Just Signed Up!

Wondering if this is still active...

Hi,
I just have signed up.
The sign-up page says that it takes up to 10 business days for approval.
I have read some of the older post and it appears that this service is not active while in beta.
Is this true or are they just being carefull not to sign up questionable websites?

I know we had some trouble with the quality of the PPC traffic we received from Yahoo in the past but after they upgraded their program we started to recieve really high conversions.

Anyways, we're really excited about trying it out and will report any positive findings back to this forum.

I had a friend apply last month and was turned down; they said they weren't accepting any more sites into beta. I don't know if that is true (if so, why still have a sign-up page available) or if they just did not like her site.

Google's Adsense works pretty decent, I would like to see how Yahoo compares for myself.

They may not be accepting any new members if they are about to conclude beta and introduce a new platform.

I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Here's an update to my post:

* Our site was reviewed and accepted within 10 business days.

* The ad creator has a pleasant interface and is very easy to use.

* Once the ads were placed on our website, I was impressed that it took less then a few seconds before they showed very relevant ads that our customers would be interested in.

At this point, the new beta looks great and appears to be working well.
I have to say, good job Yahoo!
