yahoo and bans

Google allow only once signup to adsense.If they ban some member he can't signup more. I have qyestion about yahoo - they allow signup many times?

No, if you're banned you're banned, just like Google.

Well, think about it. If you were Yahoo, and you caught a cheater violating the Terms of Service, and you kicked him out... Would you want him rejoining the program with a different domain name?

I just don't see Yahoo's policy on banned people being much different than Google's.

However it appears that their policy on banning is quite different. I read somewhere that a person called Yahoo after accidentally clicking one of their own ads and apologized and asked if they were going to lose their account. The Yahoo rep said "You know, that's funny, we get a lot of calls and emails from ex-Adsense users worried about getting one email and being booted from the program forever. We will give you a call if there is something wrong with your account."

Anyway, if Yahoo has banned you, there is a 99.999% chance that you were cheating the program and you deserved to be kicked and you will not be let back in.

I live in Poland and now i can't signup to yahoo but want know that they also ban many people (even honest).

The Yahoo program is not open to international websites, just American for the time being. As for the rest of your question, I'm not sure what you mean.

Google does not ban honest members, Google bans problem accounts (including their owners, their owner's family, friends, pets, pet's family, pet's friends, etc...) I would imagine that Yahoo would have the same policy.
