Yahoo is so slow about YPN. What took so long for this

Thats pretty hard to tell. I would think if they were hyping the idea, they would at least send out an email to the people who opted in with features listed on it.

Well it definetely takes some time, but I must agree it's taking too long.

About hyping the whole idea...I guess they are. They are definetely going for a "headshot" and I guess they want to let Google show all the cards before they do anything.

[webmasterworld.com...] - This at least shows that they are making some progress, but again it's taking too long. It wouldnt hurt to send an email from time to time :/

I like Google's strategy more, they release a beta product, and let it be. Unlike Google, Yahoo like's to play safe. Or lets say they want to release something that's perfect.

My assumption is that it should be relesead within 2-3 months. Whatever the deal is here, the longer they wait, the more money they are losing.

I agree. Or if they do not want to release a BETA product, they should at least release a demo or a gallery of screen shots. This would likely draw many more potential clients to their door, waiting for it to open...
