adlinks + YPN

does anyone know if you can run google adlinks with YPN? does the same rule apply to adlinks as it does for normal ads?

you can't run any google ads in association with yahoo ads, yahoo doesnt mind but google sure does ;)

That's why I requested many times that YPN comes up with YPN Link Unit

Unless and until YPN introduces ad links, I have little use for YPN ad blocks on my site.

Adsense horizontal AdLinks are my best performing ad units. I have them on most but not all pages across several websites. I have 120x600 skyscrapers on a much smaller subset of pages. In general, non- AdLinks ad blocks don't work well for me.

Between YPN and Adsense, here are my alternatives:

Adsense
--horizontal AdLinks (most pages)
--120x600 skyscrapers (some pages)
--good contextual ad matching
--decent CTR
--okay EPC and eCPM

YPN
--no ad links (and can't use Adsense AdLinks on same page with YPN)
--120x600 skyscrapers (very few pages)
--mediocre to abysmal ad matching (ruined in many cases by my inability to squelch those infernal, off-topic RON ads!)
--so far 0% CTR
--reportedly higher EPC than Adsense, but I can't say for myself

With these tradeoffs, I have to decide in favor of Adsense.

If YPN were to introduce the ad block most effective for me--horizontal ad links--I would reconsider, and implement YPN adlinks-skyscraper combos on more pages.

But until YPN introduces (horizontal) ad link units, their ad program has little appeal for me.

Seems it would make more sense to change your pages to take advantage of revenue.
