Yahoo ads when adsense in rss feeds?

If I'm using an rss feed in a page and it's displaying an adsense for rss ad, does that violate the TOS for YPN?

Do they specifically mention anything like that?

I'm going to call them tomorrow, but just thought someone might know already.
