Yesterday i have received an email of my YPN application accepted. But when i read through the email it is mentioned that i must be U.S.-based with a valid Social Security or Tax ID number.
So all gone for me. But do they check before accepting?
PS: i applyed the first day when the URL was posted here on webmasterworld then never bother to apply again as i knew it is only for US Publishers.
