Hello! I use Newspaper-x theme on my site. I would like to transform the data on my site into structured data. I need to replace the data-vocabulary.org markup with the schema.org markup. Can you recommend me some plugin or tell me how to do that. I manage my site with Wordpress. I contacted the author of the topic but he doesn't know how to do it.

Hello sajox and Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

We do not generally recommend plugins because of the drive-by factor that invites promotional posts but one of the world's most popular plugins is Yoast's SEO plugin which offers a way to do what you are asking about. Keep in mind that if you have particular settings in place with your current setup you may need to find a way to introduce that data to Yoast. You may need to visit your .sql file and download the table that contains anything related to your old method.

Keep in mind that Google is changing the way it reads and uses this kind of data. Their old Schema Testing Tool has been deprecated and replaced. There have been new tools and changes in the past few weeks that you might want to know about before moving ahead with such changes. It can help you make changes using the newer information.

There is a link to the new Testing tool and you can read more here: [webmasterworld.com...] and the Google announcement here: Google to Deprecate the Structured Testing Tool [webmasterworld.com]

Okay, thank you very much. I'm sorry I'm a little late with the answer, I was on vacation
