Can someone help with language in forums?

You have forums on WordPress? Have you looked for a plugin? Is the concern with the translation side or with the forums part?

Do you mean that you want the labels, like “New Post” and “Preview”, to be in Spanish rather than English? That certainly sounds like a plugin.
