Is anyone aware of any functionality like this site: [collider.com...] where it adds the title name to the end of the address for lists?

If you name your document the title of the movie, Wordpress does this, depending on what permalink you have chosen. Select the "Post name" permalink, under settings.

Am I missing your meaning?

I think so. If you go to that page and scroll down, watch the URL. You'll see it adds #all-hail-king-julien and then changes depending on what title you're hovering. Sorry, WemasterWorld shortened my URL posted above.
