Hi,

We use a cache plugin (Paid). I recently ask for support for that plugin. But the support Team replied with an abusive email. I report that in Plugin Feedback after few hours I got another worst abusive email from plugin author. If there any way to report this behavior to wordpress editorial?

WP is a free platform so they don't offer much personal support and I don't know whether there is a specific place to complain about a plugin's support other than the review process, but there is a place for feedback. Just as in most other sites, the link for "Support" is in their footer: [wordpress.org...]

There is a plugin review team. Check out this blog post

almost all paid plugins have a premium support option, I don't know, why your plugin doesn't
I don't think that the links above help you, it is more about feature to bug fixing

It also has an option to complain about hostile responses in forums and things like that. It may not help you with the plugin, but it may help others if the plugin author gets put on notice.
