Google XML site map and Yoast SEO plugin conflict

Hi,
I am beginner in SEO and web master forum. I have a blog. I installed google XML site map and Yoast SEO plugin in my WordPress. Now after some days I am seeing the warnings by Yoast SEO plugin. It shows a message to remove the Google XML site map. So what to do. If I continue using both, will it effect SEO of my blog or should I remove one.

Please help.

You can either remove the Google sitemap or turn off the sitemaps in Yoast, you really should not have both.

Thanks for reply. I managed to find the option to disable yoast XML site maps.
