On the web by default you are selling internationally. That said - the sun is always shining somewhere!
Than definitely check out livechat. Also tangor is right with ticket system. In my opinion you can use chat during day and ticket system during night. Livechat have built-in ticketing system and it really can save you some time.
Try it and see. Meanwhile, this is beginning to look like a coordinated sales pitch as there are many other wordpress plugins that do the same thing.
you can customize pretty much everything but in the cheapest package you can customize only few things from your UI. But all other plans allow you to customize it with CSS and even delete their branding text.
yea you can do it even in 30$ plan which makes them better than others if we talk about unbranding :) And i saw intercom but never used it. In my opinion live chat on website should be small so I don't like it. Purechat is also a good one but I just prefer livechat.
I'd beware low dollar solutions. You need at least 256 encryption to secure your chat (else you might expose privacy and open your system to hackers).
Support tickets are easier to secure. Better yet, a phone number. :)
Yea you can do it also in CSS. To be honest I am not 100% sure because I never did it but I am almost sure that a friend of mine did it some time ago.
Hey devkit, I recently found one called tawk.to. You can personalise the message that's shown at different times, have people leave their name, email and comment when you're not available and create tickets too (amongst other things). It seems pretty good and it's free too. Could be worth a look for you.
