Does anyone know how to change this from a no-follow to a follow..

I believe this is part of the standard code (with comments enabled) so that when someone adds a comment and then wants to cancel it.... and the code to enable this to happen creates a nofollow link.... and if you have a website with hundreds of comment-allowed posts then there will be hundreds of nofollow internal links created - which I cannot believe is a good thing...
anyone any thoughts/suggestions about this?
