WordPress 4.2.4 was release today. According to the release announcement (above), this fixes a handful of bugs, three cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities and an SQL injection hole.
It also address four other bugs that the changelog [core.trac.wordpress.org] suggests are related to bugs in the menu and theme preview features.
