Wordpress One Page Business Theme - Recommendation

hello all,

I am planning to start a Marketing Business (Online Business) and was wondering if you have any recommendations on Wordpress themes to use.

I just did a quick search and noticed "Zerif Lite" theme and rather than coding my new site from scratch, I figured I could use wordpress to present my services. I would then have a portfolio section to show my work and customers.

Are there any other great "Business Themes" that you would recommend?

I worked once with a good theme. It have a newsletter sign-up form and you can create landing pages with it. However , it not been updated for 2 years but the design looks fancy even after this period. Hope it is what you are looking for
