large number of outgoing links

I have two websites which are based on Wordpress and when running a Xenu link checker on one url from each - there are 200+ on one website and 400+ on the other - 'outgoing' internal links showing.

But when I look at the 'outgoing' internal links they are predominantly to plugins, theme based etc.

I am wondering how the likes of Google will handle this number of outgoing links - and how to prevent them being crawled as 'outgoing links'?

Outgoing link is also known as external link and outbound link. In my view if your site no outgoing link then your site is dead.

these outgoing internal links are not indexed in Google etc.. but simply show in Xenu
