I am seeking recommendations for a stable shopping cart solution for WordPress sites.
During the past 2 months the updates that WooCommerce has done to their platform - and their lack of follow-up support - has caused 2 sites I manage to become dysfunctional. My client is NOT happy. Hundreds of hours were invested in developing these sites using a theme from YIThemes.com that was WooCommerce compatible until their version 2.1.3 update. It took 2 weeks for the theme developer to come up with a work-around.
Today I realized that the Google Webmaster Tools account was showing a sitemap error, and upon investigation I discovered that there's a parsing error:

That is the WooCommerce Product Retailers extension.
So I went to the WooCommerce site, searched for a solution, didn't find one, and then tried to open a ticket for this paid extension. After completing all the required fields, their system refused to accept the ticket because I haven't updated to WooCommerce 2.1.5! Accepting that update could break the theme again and I don't have time to deal with that. And then what happens when they release 2.1.7 in the near future?
My client loves the theme, it serves the site well. WooCommerce is the problem and I must find a stable alternative ASAP.
