Browsers block on external CSS files before painting content to the screen. This incurs additional network latency and increases the time it takes to display content to the screen.
Avoid @import, use direct links instead.
Hello, I am wondering how I can make changes to my header file in order to speed up loading times. I can make direct links to the resources below, but what about the "ver=3.7.1" portion of the code? This changes with each update of Wordpress, does it not? Thank you very much for your advice and feedback.
