I was wondering what SEO plug-ins folks are using with Wordpress and what do you like about them ?

One that's been installed for me on a medium size site is SEO Ultimate 7.6.1 [wordpress.org...] - but I've really no idea about it as I'm new to Wordpress.

Personally I don't use any SEO plugins. Most of the themes I use offer the SEO basics and then if I want to manipulate the header area or other on-page elements I just modify the child theme to suit.

Wordpress SEO by Yoast is the plugin that works best for me. I used to rely on Ultimate SEO until a few months ago, but Yoast's plugin is lighter for my servers to run.

Yoast is our preferred plugin. Very good support and it is regularly updated.

+1 with lorax. I also edit the Permalinks with a custom structure [codex.wordpress.org] so that URLs look the way I want them.

Used to use YOAST but dropped it as with any good WP framework there is no need to have yet another plugin to drag around.
