In my Wordpress site I want to list resources (1 per page) and give them each a star rating. I'd also like to have one page with my full list of resources with their star ratings displayed.
I basically want to do exactly what Wordpress.org does here (aggregate list with star ratings):

I've found plugins that let me and users submit star ratings on individual pages, but not something that includes those ratings like wordpress.org does for its plugins.
Is Wordpress.org using a star-rating plugin to accomplish this that I can get? Or is it something proprietary they use?
(At first I thought I could aggregate my reviews on a single page with this "Rich Snippets" plugin instead, but wasn't able to get anywhere with it.)
