Hi Guys (and Gals)

Starting a new eCommerce website selling products related to printing. All of our product options are straight forward (Small, Medium, Large, black, white, etc....)

Looking seriously at using the woocommerce platform to integrate with wordpress. I have no problem as far as purchasing the needed add-on's for various functions (shipping, check-out) as the free version is obviously limited.

Curious of any other experiences and things maybe we should watch out for.

Are there better options than using Woocommerce for wordpress..? (getshopped, shopperpress, cart66)

Anyone who currently uses this out there..?

Any help/opinions would be greatly appreciated :)

I don't have much experience with WooCommerce. I've heard good things about their offerings. There are several others to consider as well.

Bootstrapper, woocommerce is an excellent plugin that we have used a few times. There are regular updates to help keep it secure. One of its real strengths are the extensions offered by the developer. These generally have a fee associated with them, but the support and functionality IMHO outweigh any cost.

@travelin cat - thanks!
Good to hear, I agree the fees aren't outrageous by any means, especially when compared to some of the other shopping carts.
The support is also a plus. Wordpress + woocommerce just seems like the right way to go.
