How Do I Remove auto generated links indexing from my Wordpress blog?

Help me to remove these bad links from my site

Hello there, Can any one help me as my wordpress blog has got many auto generated links

Eg:

category/btech-jobs/mechanical-jobs/www.linkedin.com/groups/my-site-4640779

category/btech-jobs/mechanical-jobs/www.linkedin.com/groups/my-site-4640779

jobs-honeywell-for-btech-2012-passed-outs-job-alerts/honeywell_logo/my-site.com/privacy-policy/

I found totally 613 not found URLs like these in my GWT. By googling I observed that these links generated by CMS like wordpress, joomla,drupal... And one more thing, this blog was created 6 months ago,, now it has traffic around 500 visitors/Day and 1300 page views/day.. Still, i'm unable to get google ad-sense approval. I ever go for spamming or breaking policies..

May be these bad links were the reason behind these..

Guide me regarding these issues..

Do the links actually lead you to a proper page - eg, not a 404?

Certainly check your permalink structure. What version of WP are you using?

well, they are redirecting to a 404 page, but I don't know how they have been created..

And I'm using updated version of wordpress-3.5.1..
