Top Horizontal nav bar link order

need changing order of page links

Most WP themes use a top horizontal nav for pages link.
I am writing a Bio thus need to reverse the query order so from left to right the first page link on left will be the very first page and so going on.

Do you know where is kept the function/class/script that does the MySQL query so I could tweak it to my need
I tried to find it but gave up.
if you do not know, do you know of place related to WP where I could ask/post?

It really depends upon the theme you're using.

If you're using the WordPress menu system, you can reorder the items that appear on the horizontal nav bar anyway you like them.
