i have just started the wordpress blog, everything is ok at moment, but i can't find where shall i install my company logo on the first front page. Some one knows that? thanks

Just looking at the site won't confirm the theme. Log into the Admin side and then navigate to Appearance >> Themes. You'll find the theme you're currently using there - along with a bunch of others but do NOT select anything - just look.
